Can videos be downloaded or screen-recorded?
Videos are delivered as AES-128 encrypted HLS segments with short-lived session tokens, so normal download buttons and downloader tools do not work. A moving viewer watermark helps trace leaks. No web technology can stop someone from filming a screen with another device.
Where are my videos stored?
Videos are stored on the Veluraq server. You can also connect your own Cloudflare R2 bucket to mirror your video files, or attach your own S3-compatible storage node.
How does the browser-based Live Classroom work?
The host and students join from a link in their browser, with no installs. It includes a host waiting room, hand raising, screen sharing and chat.
Which resolutions are produced during encoding?
You choose the qualities per library, from 240p up to the resolution of your original video. Veluraq never upscales your source.
